Cisco ASA 5505 dual-ISP with easy VPN combine Dynamic VPN (LTE/4G)

Here is the solution with the help from Cisco over 2 days

1. Enterprise Plus license

2. Create VLANs for both outside

3. On Secondary VLAN with dynamic not to use command setroute

3. Configure Cost for both routes

4. Configure SLA monitor and Track

5. on VLAN for Secondary - use command backup (example Backup int VLAN 2 if this is your primary)

6. Test it and it should work perfectly
